Blake Long

Dr. J. Blake Long is a physician executive and investor who advises Corstrata on strategy, growth, and the evolving healthcare market.

Blake trained at Duke University, earning his undergraduate and medical degrees there and completing a fellowship in pediatric cardiology. He completed his pediatrics residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and served during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He later practiced as a pediatric electrophysiologist at Savannah Children's Heart Center, taught at Mercer University School of Medicine, and served as chief medical officer and chairman of pediatrics within Georgia health systems.

After earning his MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business, Blake moved into health care investing and innovation. He has served as Chief Clinical Officer at Echo Health Ventures and Mosaic Health Solutions, as chief medical officer for diagnostics startups, and as director of life sciences for Ariel Southeast Angel Partners. He is an adjunct professor at the Fuqua School of Business.
