Corstrata, a tech-enabled telehealth service focused on wounds, ostomies, and other skin conditions, is seeking a part-time Digital Health Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities include managing patient and client communications via calls, emails, texts, consult request forms, and various messaging systems.

The role requires adherence to company policies and workflows to resolve issues efficiently, as well as a strong commitment to patient and client satisfaction.

The position involves being the initial contact for virtual support services and requires weekend availability.
Certified Virtual
Wound and Ostomy Nurse
Under the direction of Corstrata's Vice President of Clinical Services, the Telewound and Ostomy Nurse acts as a clinical resource for virtual assessments of patients with gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and integumentary disorders (e.g, wounds, ostomies, ulcers). Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive wound and ostomy care, patient and clinical education, and counseling.
Requirements:

BS or BSN degree

2-4 years of relevant nursing experience

Current RN license (state of residence and other necessary states)

Certification from WOCNCB or ABWM.
