Joseph F. Ebberwein

Joseph F. Ebberwein is co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Corstrata, where he oversees finance, strategy, and investor relations. He brings extensive provider reimbursement expertise and a practical understanding of how technology can expand access to specialty care.

Joseph began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse. He joined the home health industry in 1990 as Controller for CareOne, the home health division of Memorial Medical Center in Savannah. He went on to serve as Vice President at Island Hospice and as CFO and Senior Vice President of Finance for THA Group, with P&L responsibility across multiple business lines. He is also a founder of Longitudinal Health, which helps hospitals, physician practices, and post-acute providers move from volume-based to value-based care.

Joseph earned a BBA in Accounting with honors from the University of Notre Dame and holds an MPS.
