Reagan Owens

Reagan Owens has served as Director of Support Services at Corstrata since 2018. With 25 years of experience in healthcare operations and revenue cycle management, she combines operational leadership with a hands-on approach to improving how care is coordinated and delivered.

Reagan leads Corstrata’s support center and manages the consultation process, from patient intake and electronic medical record documentation to scheduling, clinician assignment, and delivery of clinical recommendations. She designs, builds, and automates workflows to reduce manual tasks, improve efficiency, and strengthen coordination across support and clinical teams.

Before joining Corstrata, Reagan managed multisite orthopedic and primary care practices, including Chatham Orthopaedic Associates, Optim Orthopedics, and Memorial Health University Physicians. Her experience includes launching a specialty practice from the ground up, overseeing licensing, electronic medical record selection, payer credentialing, and operational processes.

Reagan developed Corstrata’s policy and procedure manuals and training materials, establishing consistent practices for daily operations and staff development. She holds a Master of Health Services Administration and a Bachelor of Health Science from Armstrong Atlantic State University.
