We want your telehealth visit to be smooth and every question answered. A little planning ahead goes a long way.
Register & Schedule
Complete our quick registration and consent form, then choose an appointment time that fits your schedule. Once scheduled, you'll receive your appointment details and instructions for joining your telehealth visit.
Prepare ahead
Use our prep checklist to gather your ostomy supplies and jot down any questions you'd like to discuss with your nurse. During the visit, you'll be asked to change your appliance so your nurse can perform a visual assessment and provide personalized suggestions.
Meet your nurse
Please join 10 minutes early so we can make sure your audio and video are working. Then, meet one-on-one with a board-certified WOC nurse. You’ll receive education, product suggestions, and practical tips tailored to your individual needs.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you so a board-certified nurse can dedicate one-on-one time to your visit. To help us keep appointments available for everyone who needs them:
Please confirm your appointment at least one hour before your scheduled visit.
We'll send a reminder 24 hours before and again 2 hours before your visit — just reply 1 to confirm.
Need to change your time? Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance at no charge.

Initials Consult
$125
45-minute visit with a WOC nurse
Follow-up Consult
$75
Up to 30 minutes, within 30 days of your initial consult, for the same or a closely related stoma issue
Use your health dollars. Corstrata services are private pay, out-of-pocket expenses and are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or health reimbursement arrangement (HRA).
Please note. Late cancellation fee of $40 applies if the consult is canceled less than 24 hours in advance. No-show fee of $80 applies if you do not attend your visit.
