Alicia Jenkins

Alicia Jenkins is Vice President of Clinical Operations and Partnership Success at Corstrata. Since joining in 2021, she has helped develop Corstrata's evidence-based virtual wound and ostomy program and tailoring it to a range of care settings and value-based business models.

Certified by the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board (WOCNCB) as a CWCN in 1999, Alicia has more than 25 years of wound and ostomy experience across hospitals, wound centers, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, home health, and hospice. She first practiced virtual wound care in 2008, before telehealth became widely adopted.

Alongside her clinical expertise, Alicia brings in-depth knowledge of the economic impact of wound and ostomy care from the provider's perspective. She works closely with partner organizations to standardize care while customizing it to each patient and setting, improving outcomes and managing cost. She presents regularly on virtual wound care, including CMS TEAM model readiness for surgical programs.
