Jan Cuzzell

Jan Cuzzell is CEO of Corstrata Nursing Services, PC and Vice President of Clinical Quality at Corstrata, a role she has held since the company's founding in 2015. She ensures that every consultation meets evidence-based standards and state regulatory requirements.

Jan's nursing career spans more than five decades. She began in burn care at the Medical University of South Carolina, Grady Memorial Hospital, and The New York Hospital. She later served as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in dermatology and wound care at Emory University Hospital and directed wound healing and outpatient burn programs in California. In Savannah, she built and led wound care service lines as Vice President of Clinical Systems & Regulatory Compliance at Island Health Care. She then spent 16 years as a clinical coordinator in immunology at Genentech.

Jan was a founding board member of the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care. She has served on the editorial boards of Dermatology Nursing and the Journal of Burn Care and Rehabilitation, and received the Dermatology Nurses Association President's Award. She holds a BSN from MUSC and an MA in Nursing Education from New York University.
