Yosef Nasseri

Dr. Yosef Nasseri is a Senior Clinical Advisor to Corstrata, providing thought leadership on telehealth support for new and long-term ostomy patients and on reducing post-surgical complications and readmissions.

Dr. Nasseri is double board-certified in general and colorectal surgery and practices with the Surgery Group of Los Angeles at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Towers. A national leader in minimally invasive and da Vinci robotic surgery, he trains surgeons internationally. He is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Cedars-Sinai and has been elected to the Board of Governors of the American College of Surgeons.

He earned his bachelor's degree at UCLA and his medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and a colorectal surgery fellowship at Cleveland Clinic. His outcomes-based research spans benign and malignant colorectal disease, and he has collaborated with Corstrata on research and education on virtual WOC nursing in surgical care.
