Your Payment for Services
Corstrata services are private pay, out-of-pocket expenses, and are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health saving account (HSA), and health reimbursement arrangement (HRA)

Please note: You will be charged $25 for visits canceled less than 24 hours in advance. You will be charged the full visit amount of $80 if you do not show up for your visit.

*Currently not reimbursable by insurance

Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm ET

Saturday: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm ET

 

Pricing:

  • $80.00 for 45 minutes

  • $25 per additional 15 minutes - additional charges may apply if visit goes over the allotted time.
