Your Payment for Services
Corstrata services are private pay, out-of-pocket expenses, and are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health saving account (HSA), and health reimbursement arrangement (HRA).
Please note: You will be charged $25 for visits canceled less than 24 hours in advance. You will be charged the full visit amount (either $75 or $50) if you do not show up for your visit.
*Currently not reimbursable by insurance

Corstrata Hours of Operations:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm ET
Saturday: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm ET
Pricing:
